- Return Window: You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return an item.
- Condition: To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.
- Damaged Items: If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us immediately at support@vhati.com with a photo of the item for a full refund or replacement.
- Refund Process: Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you and process your refund to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
